The Women's Volleyball team had a quick turn around Sunday after another away match on Saturday at PSU Scranton. Today they visited PSU Schuylkill in hopes of securing their first win of the season. In the first set the Mountain Lions of Wilkes Barre were beat 25-19 in a back and forth opening set. The second set was much of the same result with PSU Schulykill pulling away at the end to win 25-18 puttitng them up 2 sets to none and a comfortbale lead. However the Moutain Lions came storming back and had a dominant performance winning 25-16, once again the Lions were paced by Kayla Starzynski who had 14 kills and 23 total points on the day. Those stats were again good enough to pace the Moutain Lions for the match but unfortunately it was not enough. The Lady Lions of Schuylkill came back in the fourth set to close out their day with a victory downing Wilkes-Barre 25-20. 

The Women's Volleyball teams next event is a night match at PSU Hazelton on Septmeber 25th at 7 p.m.
