The Penn State Wilkes-Barre women's basketball team split their weekend games as they beat Penn State Fayette 71-64 on Friday, but lost to Penn State Beaver 73-52 on Saturday. Penn State Wilkes-Barre was lead by Genesis Rodriguez who averaged 18 points and 12.5 rebounds, and also by Alaena Lloyd who averaged 12 points and 9 assists. The Wilkes-Barre team also received strong performances from Gianna Skaff and Victoria Benning. The women's basketball team looks to carry their 4-2 record into their matchup with Penn State Brandywine.
