Quantel Howard

Quantel Howard (1995-1997) was a two-sport student-athlete who excelled in men’s basketball and men’s volleyball at Penn State Wilkes-Barre. A founding member of the 1995-96 men’s basketball team, Quantel averaged 19 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5 assists per game during his career. For his accomplishments on the court, Quantel was selected to the 1996-97 CACC All-Conference Team. As a member of the 1996 men’s volleyball team, Quantel led the team to the CACC Championship. Quantel moved on to University Park for the 1997-98 school year, where he walked onto the men’s basketball team in 1997. Quantel graduated from Penn State Brandywine with a bachelor of science in human development and family studies in 2009. He earned a master’s degree in education from Cheyney University in 2012. – Inducted 2014
