HAMBURG, Pa. – Seniors Jake Leininger (Pine Grove, PA / Pine Grove), Evan Kosar (Shenandoah / Shenandoah Valley) and Ryan Culbert (Pine Grove, PA / Pine Grove) were honored during Penn State Schuylkill's doubleheader matchup against Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Sunday for Senior Day.

In the first contest, Chase Herb (Hegins, PA / Tri-Valley) went 3-5 at bat while hitting a home run and tallying 5 RBIs. Kosar went 3-3 at bat and tallied 3 RBIs. Leininger tallied 2 hits in the victory.

In game two, Herb and Owen Kosar (Shenandoah, PA / Shenandoah Valley) each tallied a triple in the victory. Culbert tallied a double to go with two RBIs.

Schuylkill (18-9 overall, 11-5 PSUAC) will take on Penn State York in the opening round of the PSUAC Baseball Tournament on Friday, April 28th. This 4:00 p.m. matchup will be a single elimination play-in game with the winner taking on #1 seed Penn State Brandywine at 7:00 p.m. on the same day.
