Coach Ray Enters His 6th Season With Penn State Wilkes-Barre Men’s Basketball Team. He is from the Bronx, New York and Is A Graduate Of Nearby Keystone College. Coach Ray is the Associate Head Coach. He is the teams recruiting coordinator and runs the teams player development programs. Coach Ray’s Duties also include Guard Skill development and strength training.
