Coach Mike Enters his Third season with Penn State Wilkes-Barre Men's basketball along with being his third as a college basketball coach. He is from the Greater Pittston area. 

Coach Mike comes to PSWB with 20 plus years of coaching experience. Over those 20 plus years his coaching experience has taken him to various high schools and AAU organizations in the north east and upstate New York areas.

Coach Riddle is the Director and Owner of Performance Hoops Development a skill development company he started 4 years ago. He also for the last 15 years has run local youth basketball training programs and leagues with NEPA Crossover.

Coach Mike is in charge of Player development, he is the teams defensive coordinator for scouting and runs team fundraising. 

Coach Hammett " Coach Mike was a great hire for us, I believe that what he brings to the table is something that we need in this program. His ability to Scout and his love for player development was something that was very intriguing to me. Our goal here is to make players better and to get better every day and and what Coach Mike does compliments well we're trying to do for Players. His 20 plus years of experience allows us another coach on the bench gives us more experience for March and someone who knows what it takes to win championships. I'm really excited to have Coach Mike he is going to be a huge asset to the future of this program.

Coach Mike has one child (Sofia) Who is 11 years old. Coach Mike and Sofia currently reside in Pittston, Pennsylvania.
